I was born with the intrinsic knowledge of all facts under the sun. People affectionately call me, “Mr. Know-it-All.” 

– (of a muscle) contained wholly within the organ on which it acts.

The muscle was intrinsically contained within the organ on which it acted. (I don’t know what the heck this means.)
